Sand Point Family Picnic Sunday May 20, 2012
The Sand Point Family (that means you!) will be invited to make a sack lunch for themselves in Perry Hall following the worship service and head down to the park for a time of fellowship, crafts, and games!
Family Faith Formation Week May 14-19th.
Families will be provided with packets of new and fun ways to see how faith can be lived out everyday at home!

Welcome to our New Director of Children’s & Family Ministries, Aubrey Thonvald!
Aubrey was appointed Director of Children’s & Family Ministries in March, 2012. She has a Bachelors Degree in Youth and Family Ministry and will be graduating in June, 2012 with a Master of Arts in Transforming Spirituality from the School of Theology and Ministry at Seattle University. Prior to SPCUMC, Aubrey was the Director of Youth and Family Ministry at a Lutheran church in Enumclaw. Before that, she worked at Trinity Lutheran College as the Director of Community Life. Aubrey has a passion for youth and young adult services, and is originally from Minnesota. She is in a registered domestic partnership with her partner Heather, who possesses a Masters in Divinity, and is currently a Juvenile Rehabilitation Specialist Supervisor at Echo Glen Children’s Center.
